Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons smoky paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 jalapeños, diced
  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the diced jalapeños, blackberries, honey, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat until smooth.
  5. Once the chicken is done, pour the blackberry jalapeño mixture over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
