- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons smoky paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 jalapeños, diced
- 1 cup blackberries
- ½ cup cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoky paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine the diced jalapeños, blackberries, honey, and cream cheese. Cook over medium heat until smooth.
- Once the chicken is done, pour the blackberry jalapeño mixture over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add more jalapeños.
- You can also substitute the blackberries with raspberries or blueberries.
