- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the crust.
- Add mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For an extra gooey texture, use a mix of semi-sweet and milk chocolate chips.
- Keep bars in an airtight container for longer freshness.
