Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
  3. Layer sweetened shredded coconut on top of the crumb base.
  4. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the coconut layer.
  5. Add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if using.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before cutting into bars.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt before baking.
