- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press firmly into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Layer sweetened shredded coconut on top of the crumb base.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the coconut layer.
- Add mini marshmallows and chopped nuts, if using.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt before baking.
- You can substitute the chocolate chips with white chocolate or butterscotch for a different twist.
