- 4 beef chops

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season beef chops with salt and pepper, then brown on both sides.
- Remove chops and set aside.
- Add sliced onions to skillet and cook until caramelized.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Return beef chops to the skillet.
- Add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook until beef is tender.
- Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice to soak up the gravy.
