Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  6. Add creamed spinach, chicken broth, and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
  8. Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon over the dish before serving.
