- 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup creamed spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 4 strips turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Add creamed spinach, chicken broth, and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the top.
- Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon over the dish before serving.
Notes
- For a healthier option, you can substitute the heavy cream with Greek yogurt.
- Serve with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
