- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well to combine.
- Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
- Add salt and pepper to taste, then return the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet.
- Simmer for 10 minutes until everything is heated through.
Notes
- For a thicker gravy, add more flour.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
