  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  4. Sprinkle flour over the mixture, stirring well to combine.
  5. Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste, then return the crispy turkey bacon to the skillet.
  7. Simmer for 10 minutes until everything is heated through.

Notes

  • For a thicker gravy, add more flour.
  • Serve over mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
