- 2 pounds turkey wings
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey wings with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Sear the turkey wings until golden brown on all sides.
- Remove the wings and sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Add flour, whisking constantly to create a roux. Slowly add chicken broth while stirring until the gravy thickens.
- Place turkey wings in a baking dish and pour gravy over them.
- Cover and bake for 1.5 hours, or until tender.
Notes
- For added flavor, marinate the turkey wings overnight.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice for a complete meal.
