- 4 beef chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the beef chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet and brown on both sides.
- Remove the chops and set aside.
- Add the onions and garlic to the skillet, cooking until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then return the beef chops to the skillet.
- Cover and simmer for 30 minutes until the chops are tender.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- For extra flavor, add mushrooms to the onion mixture.
