- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 2 teaspoons baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add in the melted butter, milk, and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon mixture over the batter.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Make sure to not overmix the batter to keep it fluffy.
