Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon. Gradually add this mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk, and mix until just combined.
- Fill the muffin cups about two-thirds full with the batter.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool for a few minutes in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
