Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast; let it sit until foamy.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt; mix well.
- Gradually add flour and knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and roll out on a floured surface.
- Spread butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar; roll tightly.
- Cut into rolls and place in a baking dish.
- Let rise again, then bake until golden.
- While baking, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla for the frosting.
- Frost rolls after baking.
