- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon red food coloring
- 1/4 teaspoon green food coloring
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar and sweetened condensed milk.
- Add the peppermint extract and mix until smooth.
- Divide the mixture into two bowls.
- Stir in the red food coloring into one bowl and mix well.
- Stir in the green food coloring into the other bowl and mix well.
- Shape the mixtures into small mints and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let the mints sit at room temperature for about 24 hours to firm up.

- For a twist, try adding a splash of vanilla extract.
