Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and butter until smooth.
- Beat in the cream cheese, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until edges are golden.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
