Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

- Fold in chopped pecans.
- Divide the batter evenly among the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before frosting.
- For frosting, make a caramel sauce and drizzle over the cooled cakes.
