Ingredients

- 2 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs

- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes and sugar.
- Stir in the melted butter, followed by the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Add in the cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, mixing well.
- Gradually stir in the milk and flour until combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until set and golden brown on top.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
