- 2 slices bread
- 1 cup cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in the skillet.
- Add the cooked spaghetti and shredded cheese on top.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
- Remove from skillet, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some garlic powder or Italian seasoning.
- Serve with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
