- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and chop into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine cooled spaghetti, turkey bacon, chicken ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
- Drizzle Italian dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like bell peppers for extra crunch.
