- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the salt and pepper.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss the cooked spaghetti with the cream sauce until well coated.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
