- 1 beef roast
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the beef roast with salt, pepper, garlic, rosemary, and thyme.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef roast on all sides.
- Place the beef roast in a baking dish and pour in the beef broth.
- Cover with foil and roast in the oven for about 2 hours.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes for a crispy crust.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 145°F (63°C) for medium rare.
- Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.

- For added flavor, marinate the roast overnight.
