- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup water
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter over medium heat until butter is melted.
- Stir in the flour until the mixture pulls away from the sides of the pan.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly, then beat in the eggs one at a time.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow puffs to cool before filling.
- Whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Fill each puff with the whipped cream mixture.
Notes
- Let the puffs cool completely before filling them to avoid sogginess.
- You can also add chocolate or caramel sauce for an extra touch.
