Instructions
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice, mixing well.
- Coat the shrimp in cornstarch thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
- Toss the fried shrimp in the sauce until evenly coated.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, increase the amount of sriracha.
- Serve over rice or as an appetizer.
