- 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, slightly drained
- 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
- Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use a mixer for easier blending.
- Adjust spice level by choosing mild or hot Rotel and sausage.
- Freeze before or after baking for make-ahead ease.
