Ingredients

  • 1 lb bulk breakfast sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 oz) can Rotel, slightly drained
  • 1½ cups Bisquick or self-rising flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease lightly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
