Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add the onions, bell pepper, jalapeños, and garlic and stir-fry until they are tender.
- Stir in the soy sauce and ginger, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
