- 1 package ramen noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
- Add marinara sauce, chili paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the ramen noodles, half of the meat mixture, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added heat, consider topping with sliced jalapeños.
- Can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
