  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain fat.
  4. Add marinara sauce, chili paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning to the beef. Stir well and let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  6. In a baking dish, layer half of the ramen noodles, half of the meat mixture, and half of the cheese mixture. Repeat the layers.
  7. Top with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
