- 1 pound spicy sausage
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 package phyllo pastry

- 1 egg (beaten)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Lay out the phyllo pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each square and fold over to create tarts.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
