Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Stir in the red chili paste and mix well.
- Add the soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar, stirring to combine.
- Allow the sauce to simmer for a few minutes until thickened.
- Finish with sesame oil and salt, adjusting seasoning as necessary.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before using or storing.

- Use more or less red chili paste to adjust the heat level to your preference.
