- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a muffin tin and place a wonton wrapper in each cup, pressing it into the bottom and sides.
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each wonton with the mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the wontons are golden brown and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some red pepper flakes or chopped green onions to the mixture.
- These can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
