Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, feta, egg, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cut the pastry into squares and fill with the mixture.
  5. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
