Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cheese (feta or mozzarella), crumbled
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chopped spinach and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cooked spinach with cheese and the beaten egg.
  5. Roll out puff pastry and cut into squares.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each square, fold and seal the edges.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
