- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach and cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the pastry corners over the filling and seal well.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- These squares can be made a day in advance and reheated before serving.
