- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package pizza dough
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the fresh spinach, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and salt until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into rectangles.
- Add a spoonful of the cheese and spinach mixture to one end of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal edges by pressing with a fork.
- Place the breadsticks on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add herbs like oregano or basil to the filling.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
