  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Take a portion of the meat mixture and flatten it in your hand. Place a cube of mozzarella in the center and mold the meat around it, forming a ball.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  5. Serve hot with your favorite side.
