- 1 flatbread
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 200 grams brie cheese, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
- Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and heat over low.
- On the flatbread, layer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach, then top with brie slices.
- Drizzle garlic cream over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
- Feel free to substitute other cheeses like goat cheese or mozzarella.
