Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 grams brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. In a small saucepan, combine heavy cream, salt, and pepper, and heat over low.
  6. On the flatbread, layer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach, then top with brie slices.
  7. Drizzle garlic cream over the top.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle with red pepper flakes before serving.
  • Feel free to substitute other cheeses like goat cheese or mozzarella.
