Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Unroll the phyllo dough and place a few sheets on your workspace.
  4. Cut the phyllo into squares and place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
  6. Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
