- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package phyllo dough
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the chopped spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and place a few sheets on your workspace.
- Cut the phyllo into squares and place a spoonful of the spinach mixture in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
