- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form small balls from the mixture and roll them in breadcrumbs.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
