Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped spinach, grated zucchini, crumbled feta, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form small balls with the mixture and place them on a greased baking sheet.
