- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 package pretzel dough
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out pretzel dough and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over and pinch to seal.
- Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

- For extra flavor, add jalapeños or your favorite spices to the filling.
