- 1 pound steak, diced
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup queso cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced steak and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook the steak until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan, combine rice and beef broth, and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is cooked.
- Once the rice is done, add the cooked steak and cheese, stir until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or onions.
- Adjust the cheese amount according to taste preference.
