Instructions
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper.

- Slice the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into bowls.
- Once the steak is done, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.
- Assemble the bowls by placing sliced steak, roasted corn, and avocado in each bowl.
- Drizzle with cilantro cream sauce and serve.
