- 1 pound flank steak
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing thinly.
- In the same skillet, place a tortilla, sprinkle cheese on one half, and add steak slices.
- Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions and peppers.
