Ingredients

  • 4 large tortillas

Instructions

  1. Season the flank steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest before slicing thinly.
  5. In the same skillet, place a tortilla, sprinkle cheese on one half, and add steak slices.
  6. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  7. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve hot.
