- 1 pound steak, sliced
- 1 cup cheese, shredded
- 4 tortillas
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
- Season the sliced steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add oil to the griddle and cook the steak until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Place a tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half with cheese.
- Add the cooked steak on top of the cheese and sprinkle more cheese on top.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press down lightly.
- Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and slice into wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or onions.
- Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
