Steak Cheese Quesadillas: Easy, Flavorful Treat on the Blackstone

Delicious and easy to make, these Steak Cheese Quesadillas cooked on the Blackstone griddle are a perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak, sliced
  • 1 cup cheese, shredded
  • 4 tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat.
  2. Season the sliced steak with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add oil to the griddle and cook the steak until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Place a tortilla on the griddle and sprinkle half with cheese.
  5. Add the cooked steak on top of the cheese and sprinkle more cheese on top.
  6. Fold the tortilla in half and press down lightly.
  7. Cook until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  8. Remove from heat and slice into wedges.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sautéed bell peppers or onions.
  • Serve with salsa or sour cream for dipping.
