Instructions
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic, stirring until fragrant.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are browned and tender.
- Stir in the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and let the sauce simmer until it thickens.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper, then set it aside.
- In another pan, cook the steaks to your desired doneness.
- Once cooked, remove the steaks and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the steak and serve topped with the mushroom cream sauce.
