- 4 large russet potatoes
- 1 pound steak, cooked and diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
- While the potatoes are baking, prepare the steak and sauce.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and parmesan until smooth.
- Once the potatoes are baked, slice them open and fluff the insides.
- Stuff the potatoes with diced steak and top with the creamy sauce, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
- Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the steak beforehand.
- Feel free to add other toppings like bacon bits or additional cheese.
