  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 1 pound steak, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork, then bake for about 45-60 minutes until tender.
  3. While the potatoes are baking, prepare the steak and sauce.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in heavy cream, garlic powder, and parmesan until smooth.
  5. Once the potatoes are baked, slice them open and fluff the insides.
  6. Stuff the potatoes with diced steak and top with the creamy sauce, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
