- 2 cups grated cassava
- 1 cup coconut milk

- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the grated cassava, coconut milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and melted butter.
- Pour the mixture into a greased steaming dish.
- Steam on medium heat for about 45 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For best results, use freshly grated cassava.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
