- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, bourbon, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rice and green onions, mixing well to incorporate.
- Serve hot and enjoy your sticky bourbon chicken with fried rice!

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours before cooking.
