  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken thighs in bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked.
  3. Remove chicken and set aside; in the same pan, add rice and mixed vegetables, stir-frying until heated through.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, mix well, and garnish with scallions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, let the chicken marinate overnight.
