Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and sesame oil.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned.
- In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water, then stir into the skillet.
- Allow sauce to thicken and coat the chicken before serving.
