Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
- Marinate beef chops in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the chops from the marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding sesame seeds on top before serving.
