- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in the mashed bananas and sliced strawberries.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until set. Let cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use fully ripened bananas.
- Top with additional strawberries before serving for garnish.
