- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread a generous amount of the mixture on each tortilla, then roll them up tightly.
- In a shallow dish, mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each chimichanga until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Roll the fried chimichangas in the cinnamon sugar mixture immediately after removing from the oil.
- Serve warm, drizzled with chocolate sauce or whipped cream if desired.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can add chocolate chips to the filling.
- Serve with fresh strawberries on the side for a decorative touch.
